With five days of alone time ahead of her, Rachel shares the fears she faced, what led her to a shift in mindset, and how she plans to fully embrace this opportunity to unwind, practice self-love, and focus on what she wants to do, guilt-free. She ends by sharing the first moments she spent grounding herself back home – the best destination of all.
