Turn Self-Pity Into Self-Appreciation
In this episode, Rachel gets personal about her struggle to pull herself out of a dark, fearful place. After staying up all night worrying about Lea Luna, she begins to spiral into a self-pity party, only to be pulled from her funk by a touching message from one of her followers.
