How To Heal Your Heart

From the Heart with Rachel Brathen - April 26, 2019 - 57:17

In this episode, Rachel is fresh out of a 7-day retreat leading the art of feeling your feelings, alongside her own teacher from Path of Love. She shares the experiences of her childhood that taught her to hide her negative emotions and the work she has done since to allow herself to hold space for anger, frustration and sadness - all the feelings we think we should never feel.Rachel deeply knows that doing this work is part of her life purpose - watching people release trauma and grief that they’ve held onto for years is the closest she has ever felt to God. However, now she is realizing that being so busy, being so sick, and being the “facilitator” instead of a participant has stopped her own desires from coming to the surface. Mainly, her deep desire to have a second baby.Tune in for an episode that will allow you to release control and feel everything in the spectrum of emotions that makes up the human experience.
