For Feel-Good Friday we are practicing self-care by connecting with nature. Wherever you are, go outside! If you live in a city, find a park or some water or even just the sky above you. If you live near a forest, go for a walk and sit beneath a tree. Whether it’s cold or raining or sunny, leave your phone at home and give yourself a moment to be silent. Nature was here long before everything else, and it has power to both ground and humble us.
