During today’s meditation, we practice the very important art of acknowledging the present moment for what it is. If you can learn to stop resisting where you are and allow yourself to arrive in this time and place, it allows you to accept where you are in life as well. Then, any action you take comes with a deep knowing that it is the right one. If everything starts from the present moment, you must be here for a reason. Don’t be so quick to change things! Tune in to step into the present moment.
