Cut Yourself Some Slack
Today we are practicing the spiritual art of cutting ourselves some slack! You may not even be aware of the high expectations you put on yourself to accomplish, but here is a truth: you are doing the best you can. Adding pressure only makes you feel like you never do enough. Today, relieve yourself of that pressure and let go of some of your responsibilities. Ask yourself what are some things you actually don’t have to do right now? Figure them out, and then drop them. Make sure you do it guilt-free, too. Come Monday, you may find that you are more motivated then you have ever been.
