Meditation is a way to come back to our bodies. In today’s practice, place the palm of your hand onto your stomach and really feel what it means to live in this body, to experience life through this body, to be here in this body here, now. We waste so much time judging ourselves, comparing ourselves to others or immersed in our thoughts - but the pathway to self-love is as simple as just allowing yourself to be.
