Go on a Gratitude Walk
Today’s gratitude practice will bring you to your feet – we are going on a gratitude walk! This isn’t any ordinary walk. With every step you take, make yourself fully present in the here and now. Stay very conscious to your surroundings that you might not notice otherwise or take for granted. Find as many things that connect you to gratitude as possible. Slow down enough, give yourself space and time to notice how many beautiful elements you are surrounded by. By the end of it, you’ll be in awe of the intricacies in nature that the universe has created.
