Sometimes we set really good intentions for our day, but then life takes over. Today’s practice will allow you to step into gratitude at every moment. Let’s keep a gratitude journal! Bring a notebook with you today and every single time you encounter something you feel grateful for, write it down. Soak the gratitude in and then document it in real time. Be specific! By the end of the day, you will be able to see a long list of things big and small you found yourself grateful for in that moment. You may just realize that you have more things to be grateful for in a single day that you usually give credit for.
