It’s okay to feel joyful, even though there is so much struggle surrounding us all.For today’s meditation practice, let’s settle into the practice of placing our hands on our hearts and embodying the emotion present within us here, now. The human experience is filled with so many complexities, and all are valid. Tune in to allow, embrace, and accept everything that is present.
