Setting an intention for the week ahead can make a world of difference when it comes to feeling purposeful in our lives. Today’s intention is an important one - this week we are focusing on self-care! We can’t pour from an empty cup and taking good care of ourselves means we can take good care of everything else that needs tending to in our lives, too. How will you practice self-care this week?
