The Beautiful Connectedness of Your Body
Today’s meditation practice can be helpful if you find yourself experiencing stress or anxiety – we are going to do an entire body scan! Bring yourself to a place where you can fully let go and relax. Then bringing your attention all the way from the top of your head to the tips of your toes, you will have space to connect to each part of your body individually. As you linger with your awareness in different areas, see if anything has accumulated anywhere and use your breath to let it go. Scanning your body can have answers of its own. It’s only through connecting with all parts can we feel the true connectedness of our entire body.
