Take a Nap!
For our self-care practice this week, we are going to take a nap. You may not think so, especially if you are constantly doing, doing, doing, but taking a nap is 100% a self-care practice! Resting is crucial when it comes to our wellbeing. Any imbalances we feel often arise from not giving ourselves enough space to slow down. In fact, resting is your birth right. You don’t have to accomplish anything to be deserving of rest. So today, carve out some space to close your eyes and relax. Even if it is just 30 minutes on your couch!
