Late one hot summer night in 2009, Simpson County, MS firefighters respond to the report of a truck burning on the side of the highway. When an investigation ensues, it appears an accelerant was used to set it ablaze. The following day, the truck’s owner, Flynt Lee, is found floating in the Strong River a few miles from his charred truck. Flynt, a devoted firefighter and friend to all, would never hurt anyone.
