Grant's New Book, Masters of Modern Soccer

Planet Fútbol with Grant Wahl - May 3, 2018 - 29:48

Grant's first book in nine years, Masters of Modern Soccer, is out this week, and he's interviewed by Luis Miguel Echegaray about it. The book looks at the craft of soccer, position by position, and includes two years of in-depth interviews with a goalkeeper (Manuel Neuer), a defender (Vincent Kompany), a defensive midfielder (Xabi Alonso), an attacking midfielder (Christian Pulisic), a forward (Javier "Chicharito" Hernández), a head coach (Roberto Martínez) and a director of football (Michael Zorc). We also explain how to enter our contest for the giveaway of five signed hardcover copies of the book.
