In September of 2017, 61-year-old Tim Watkins went out for a routine bike ride on one of his favorite trails and never returned. When a search party located several of his belongings, it raised suspicions. But when they later found his body in a shallow grave nearby, it became clear that a murderer was on the loose. Tim's family wants nothing more than for that person to be held accountable.
